    xvalve not working

    Hello,
I have tac-1 with xvavlve, my problem, marker will not recock, can only shoot 1-2bps..any faster, marker will not recock. I have taken it to local shop and they have tried using the shimms with no success. I have tried three different shops, still cannot get it to work. What can I do now? please help. I have tried a dye throttle preset at 850, adjustable from 700-900, and PE preset at 825.

did you make sure it wasnt bolt stick? tighten field strip screw, oil down the powertube, or going up a carrier size?
Yummy yummy yummy, I've got fun in my tummy.

I oiled the bolt, using the fouth carrier up, next one up leaks. The person at my local pro shop states that he is a cert agd tech, but is unable to make it work and the place I purchased from refuses to an exchange. This sucks, big time. Sure glad I have my trusty back up ( VSC Phantom ).

Its new right? I had the same problem with my ule custom, you need to break in the valve, keep oiling everything the on/off assembly ect. You will need to put about 2-3 tanks of air threw it before it is completely broken in, try this setup, 2.0 carrier 1 shim smallest spring.

Tried that, got worse, went back to how it was. Well I am pretty upset right now. Here I thought this was going to be a great product, so far, I am not impressed. If a AGD tech cannot fix it, then who can.

Sounds like you need to add a lvl 10 shim or 2. Think I had to put 3 in before my Xvalve quit sticking. Also try a different barrel. Every now and then I find a barrel/bolt combination that wont work together but thats on the old style body and barrel set-up. Try dropping the lvl 10 front bolt into the body by itself to see if it moves freely in there. With and without a barrel on. All else fails get in touch with Tunaman here on the forum. He should be able to help. Good luck.

Yes I know, I was very mad myself but trust me just keep oiling it and shooting it, it will prevail sooner or later.

like the other guy said, oil the crap out of it, it won't hurt nothing. take out the on/off, put a couple of drops in there, put 4-5 drops in the asa. also, have you been able to chrono it? you might just have the velocity to low, try turning it up a little at a time

Yes, I have corono @ 285, Can only shoot 2 balls...then I have to push the bolt back with my finger. I have used 1-5 shims. still will not recock. I have oiled the hell out of it. Thing is, the cert agd tech could not get it to work either. Maybe I can send my marker to Tunaman?
