Homemade E-mag from Classic RT..Check It Out

I milled out a custom frame from aluminum For my classic RT and mounted a E-mag solenoid and a Morlock board along with a micro switch to fire it. Im using a battery pack similar to the e-mag (14 nimh AA).

Gun shoots 26RPS in full automode. I LOVE IT!

I did all the anodizing in house. I also anodized the back of my dye titanium boomstick.

If there is enough interset i might make a batch up. They will be sold in kit form. You will need to buy your own morlock board and e-mag solenoid. The parts from me will include the sear and the grip frame w/trigger.

I just thought i would show this to you guys because everybody wants a e-mag and dosent want to spend the money and even if you did you cant get a new one anyways.

I plan to start a anodizing body exchange program. Heres how it works. I custom anodize all the aluminum parts of a mag that i have in stock and you will just pay for the anodizing and send me your aluminum parts. This will greatly speed up the anodizing time. Since the parts are reanodized you wont be able to tell them from new.

    more info

    oh yeah....

the grip frame uses the original grip but its just clearenced out inside to give room for the solenoid. The gun looks 100% stock with the grip on. I put a tank cover over the battery back.

people at my local paintball field cant figure out how it can shoot so fast because it looks bone stock. HEHE

Looks great. I would be interested in this grip frame. I've always wanted to tinker around with making my own control board.

Let us know what you come up with. Any idea on price?

            Again, nice job!

                taking orders

Sorry guys but my digital camera is on the fritz.

I dont plan on making a double trigger frame because the sleeper frame rocks. Plus its already programmed.

Im considering making a batch up. Im installing a new control on my mill so we might be 2-4 weeks off from having them ready. Price for the frame with no board or solenoid will be 125.00. There is a ton of machining to make these so thats why the price is kinda high. I will only make them if atleast 5 people want them. Once We have the 5 people i will need $30 down and the rest when they ship. This is my new policy because all to often people say they want something and then when I make it and get it done they change there mind.

                Let me know whos onboard

                  AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.
