does the RT ULE come stock with a lvl 10 bolt?and, can the foregrip be removed and changed for another one or moved closer to the trigger frame on the RT ULE?

yes, it comes with a level ten. and im pretty sure you can adjust the foregrip to make it closer. i may be wrong about that.Remember, nitrogen hits harder!

Isn't the E-mags "foregrip" the battery?
I suppose you cold just turn the stock foregrip around backwards and it would be closer.
Of course, then you'd have a couple of nasty spikes sticking out the front of your rail...
