      600-900 is a good amt 700-800 is ideal

              Pressures

              I seem to remember -

              Input pressure is >650. The higher you have the more reactivity you get. I think Z-Man put 2200psi into his. Check out the videos at www.zakvetter.com

              dump chamber pressure is 400-450psi

              behind the ball ~65psi

              I could be wrong, but they should be close.
