    Selnoid Plunger

Plunger is acting like it doesent have enough force to pull it all the way in to fire, i can hold my finger on the top of the plunger verry lightly and it will do much better but thinking something else is out of spec. Fully charged battery, lubed everything, nothing set way way out of spec. to my knoldge. Posibly an on/off pin issue?

you said it was well lubed? including the on/off pin?

what about the reg seat? posible reg spiking putting more force on the bolt and the on/off pin. making it harder for the solenoid plunger?
