I just got a ult rt pro, but not new to mags by a long shot. There used to be 2 distinct parts kits, orig rt and rt pro now the website only carries one just labeled "rt parts kit" is this what i need to rebuild an x-valve for an ule rt pro? Next are there any parts kits for ule trigger and lv 10. I'm just to lazy to have to order every seperate o-ring for each of these 3 things. Thanks for any help

The RT parts kit is what you need to rebuild an RT ULE. As for spare Level 10 parts and ULT parts, you have to order those seperately.
