Reg. piston

I cant and dont know how to get my reg.piston out i dont want to hurt it.

2 ways

1 (easiest). seperate valves, remove regulator nut (in back of valve), then use a paperclip to push the piston out the back

2 (i do this), get a hex wrench that fits the piston, and GENTLY wiggle it out...

like i said, #1 is easier
