well I have a wgp karnivor and its vertical feed and I had no problems with it chopping paintballs what so ever and I used the evolution II hopper on it. I know that my ball detent is ajusted properly I just cant think of anything else why it would chop paint in the breech area.

well dont give up, you are shooting a better gun than that WGP crap thtas for sure. you will find it is somthing so stupid and will feel folish when you figure it out. go to AGD.com and ask them. they will halp. refer to the manual. i wish i could get my hands on it, cant do much here. but i went the whole shatner game and broke 3 balls. and i cn tell you where i was when they broke and why. i will never touch any other gun other MAGS!

good luck and i will look for you in the am some time

well I tried the maunal that came with my Emag and it doesnt tell u anything about it. Yeah I do like my WGP karnivor and I like my Emag I just wish my Emag didnt chop paint soo much because if I was in the game I would use my karnivor vs my Emag if the emag chop paint during a game. Its pretty much personal preference on the markers.

          1. check the detent again. the little ball inside them can break as well as other problems. also, make sure that it doesnt go too far into the breech. this can be remedies with a thicker oring on the detent.

          2. try a different hopper....HALO

          3. try a different barrel. preferably something with a bore of .690 or .693. from personal experience i have never needed a barrel with a bore below .690.

it still sounds like a level 10 issue to me... it just needs a little fine tuning thats all. becuase to me it sounds as if the level 10 is not venting at the right time, there for making the bolt hit harder then it should.

with the larger springs you are suppose to up the velocity... but the medium spring should be fine (red spring i believe)

i would just try bringing to an agd person of any kind and have them fine tune your level 10... it may only need 1 more shim or 1 less shim.

also check your bolt... is there any nicks or dings on the tip or any rough edges? and check the bumper behind the bolt... is it in good shape?

and off of an 88/45 tank you should get about 1200-1400 shots at least i do anyways

at shatnerball i shot about 4k rounds not one break with the xmag i was useing

yeah my level 10 bolt is in good shape its brand new. I think it just could the level 10 that needs tuning up. I have the medium spring in it (gold spring that came with the marker). What size carrier do you have in ur Emag and how many shims u have in? I have 2 shims and 1 carrier with one dot no lines on the carrier. How many shots should I get with a 68/4500? Thanks
