    too many shims in lx?

well, when i decided to re-tune my level ten, i did all of the proper procedures, finding the perfect carrier, putting in 2 shims, and i used the longest spring. i put a squeegie in front of the bolt and fired, and it left a dent in the squeegie...and if it did that to a squeegie, i figured it might do that to a paintball. i decided to put in all 4 shims i had....and it didnt leak. it made no dent whatsoever in the squeegie. i put a plastic knife in there, and it bounced right off the knife. my question, though, is: is it bad to have 4 shims in there, when 2 is recommended. 4 seems a bit much, but it works good.

There is no "bad" unless it leaks on you. That's bad. Otherwise, you got it running nice.
