ULT: A littel question and a big HOLY CRAP!

ok so i got the ult kit today....i put it in my mag HOLY CRAP!!!!! i wish i new this thing was so sweet ..i oiuld have bought it before i got my mag

well it had afew recock issues,,,so i go to take it out....the valve wont come out
so i took apart the gun and shoom! the ult barly misses my head (i heard it wiss by) and shot in to my wall (abounced off) i found it ...put in another shim (and the oring that goes on top...lost that in flight) it worked fine

WHY DOES THE ULT STAYED AIRED UP EVEN WHEN THE GAS IS DISCONCETED?

im using a classic valve if that matters

Hmm... good question. Mine doesn't... Try pulling the trigger back a few times after you degass.

it shouldnt stay aired up - you probably just have to pull the trigger after the air is out, that also may have been the reason it didnt come out - the pin in the ult might have been sticking out, just make sure you pull the trigger all the way in when the air is disconnected - yea ULT's rock.

i did....trust me i know what im doing with my mag.....the pin wasnt out at all ..thats why i am so perplexed......it has done it a few times (i caught it the other times tho)

unscrew the tank before you do anything

i unscrewd the tank....the gun is totally degased..and all air hoses are disonectd......there shouldnt be a reason as to why air is stuck behind it

that happeend to me once, i was in a local shop trying to tune my lvl10 and shoom it hit a costomer accross the store and they were bleeding. i felt bad but i couldnt stop laughing.
havnt had a problem since, just takethe tank out before and when u take off the field strip screw before u take off the vaalve mash thee trigger a couple times u should hear it click and ur good

Just make sure that when you remove the valve, you keep the trigger pressed and shake the marker forward, so that the bolt can move forward slightly in the body and release the air.
A small charge of air stays trapped between the level 10 bolt and ULT. ( even when the marker is degassed)

I got a 1/2 inch gash in my forhead earlier on in the year and a guy at a tournament had to be taken to hospital when one smaked him in the eye.

Put your safety on them unscrew your tank. When you air it back up it shouldn'y shoot or anything, if I understand what you're saying correctly.?

This happened to one of my buddies, I didn't see it, but I laughed really hard when he told me about it. I think the problem is the ULT doesn't like you and is trying to fix it's own problem.
