    X-Valved Mags in Tourney?

I recently got into tourney ball with my college team, and I have been using a Race Framed Cocker so far. I really do not like it, and would like to get a mag again. I had a mag a little while ago, but I sold it to pay for some school things.

Basically, all I want to know is can X-valved mags keep up on the tourney scene? I cannot afford to buy a X-mag, but possibly an emag.....but for some reason I really just want a mechanical X-valved mag.

I dont expect these things to put out paint as fast as an angel, but how fast can they fire tournement legal ? I read stuff on Z-man's site, and watched a few of his videos about rapid fire, and I know that I cant use it in a tourney, but what can I do in a tourney that wont keep my gun lagging behind all the other ones?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

Well if the hAir frame trigger comes out you'll have a very fast gun. but it will be around $250

    Heres a video http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...highlight=hair

Also e-mags depending on how theyre tuned can get pretty fast the x valve will go up to 26 bps

I was thinking only having an blade intelli and X-valve with a ULT on it, considering the fact that the hair trigger has not been out for the last year or so, and will prolly not be out before Christmas.

I want to know is the X-valve with a Intelli and a ULT walkable, or rideable, and is it tourney legal for it to be that way....?

i just finished up a tourny this past weekend....

and well depending on ur position and xvalved mag will do the same as any other high end electro gun...

front players only shoot a couple balls so high fps doesnt matter..so it would be fine in a tourny ....but if u play back that's a different story....

i wouldnt recommend this gun for a mid man only cuz that's insert position ...and you wont be able to take the place of a backman...

Oh you got an anti chop bolt? Put your toungue in there and prove it to me.

hmmmm....i played at a tourney this weekend at the mid position, and I kept switching between front and back whenever a teammate got out....

Well, is it possible to "walk" an X-valved mag? Or is there a bit of a pull on it?

some say that a tuned ult on an x-valve is walkable.....but i have yet to see it done

although a mech mag is a great gun for tourneys u may feel out gunned at times, do to the fact that legally its incredibly hard to shoot it over 11 or 12 bps. For tourneys u would be better off with an e-mag....oh and would u look at that i have one for sale....

hmm....that sounds pretty convienent that you said that... ....

Are you open to trades for a nice Race Framed Free-Flow Cocker with a Halo B?

Or, if I am able to sell the cocker, I would love to buy it....how much are you looking for (like maybe $600 shipped with no barrel or ASA)?
