    I don't know what a phantom is made out of, but you can weld aluminum together - just like the all the custom chopper guys do.

      probaly aluminum i just dont want to mess up the inturnals if i weld on something. that was my real question.

        welding shouldent even go into your body of even cutting so it shouldent damage anything much less peirce yoru body

          no i mean the internals of the gun . I took a welding class so i no it can only screw up your eyes

            You can over heat your work and cause the body to melt/deform (that's always pleasent). As far as the guts are concerned, just take 'em out before you put the thing to the torch/stick/TIG/MIG. I can't really advise doing this, but if you feel confident enough in your welding skills then by all means, weld on what ever you want. Most paintball gun bodies are made of some grade of Aluminum (with the exception of certain AGD products).

              well im not that acomplish of a welder (mig) so i think i might be able to sauter it but i dont think i can do it on alumium so i might just weld on the body frame
