yeah so i might upgrade to an emag, but the one i might get is only 3.2 software. what do i have to do to upgrade the software. do i jsut download something for it or do i have to buy a new board.??? also waht is the difference between the software.

It's a simple procedure for a dealer/tech to do. They plug your board in and flash the software. You can't do it yourself, however.
You'd have to mail it to AGD, Tunaman, BlackVCG or a few others and with a cost of $20.
As for the differences, a simple search here in tech will provide you with what you seek. -
