What size tank should i use

I have a minimag with stock valve and i am planning on getting an X-valve. what size tank should i use 3000psi or 4500psi for the stock valve and the x-valve. and if i cant use one size is there a reason.

you can use eather , 3000 or 4500 psi . I would get a 4500psi if they is someone that can give you a 4500psi fill if not then get a 3000
