Level X question

My first shot generally just kinda falls out of the gun whenever I start to fire, after that if fires fine its just the first shot. Ive been told its probably the wrong carrier in the level x. So do i want to up or down a size, I think it was down a size but I cant remember for sure. Any help would be appreciated.

go to the next larger size

go to the next larger size bacause you probably have one that is too tight and grabbing the bolt. 90% of the time it is the 1.5 or 2.0 carrier.
