Mag not Shooting

Here's the deal, I aired up my mag and after 1 shot the bolt is not returning far nough to reengauge the trigger. If I hit teh back of the valve a couple of times it will start to work again, but after 1 or 2 more shots it's stops working.

Do you have a level 10 bolt installed? Check your carrier, might be too tight, go w/ the next 1/2 size bigger and try again.

You also might want to inspect your bolt spring... and check to see everything is lubed well.

LX is installed, carrier is working and lubed. The gun was working perfectly on Wed. Actually, on Wed when I used it I actully told my teammates the the gun was shooting better than I ever thought a mech gun could.

What type of body? If you have a ULE, check you detent - it may be screwed in too far and catching on the bolt. Check for wear on the detent.

ya dude, get a new spring. It should be slightly longer than the bolt youre using.
If that doesnt fix it, then check your sear to see if its catching the bolt. Maybe the sear is worn? If its not worn, maybe the aftermarket frame you have on there requires that you have a slightly different trigger rod length. Im unsure of this, but its a possibility. If all else fails, you can just give up and give the gun to me. j/p good luck
