    Hyperframe mag not firing

I have a Z-body mag with a hyperframe thats got issues. The frame seems to work fine. I think there is a problem with the pin on the bottom of the valve not returning to the firing position. Any ideas on how I fix this? All the parts are in place... two o-rings, the copper spool looking thing, the pin and the piece that caps it all. I am lost for ideas, I've torn it appart and lubed it several times with no luck. It was setup by my local shop and worked fine for the last six months.

when you say issues? does it not fire? fire irratically? go full auto?

most, if not all, hyperframe issues are sovled with the new ULT on-off.

I'll have to agree with Xen on this one. We made our own unique on/off with the HyperFrame when it was first released. AGD did a far better job with the ULT kit...and we always recommend that kit be installed if you are having trouble with the frame. I f you have additional questions, please contact us at 630-553-2611 and a tech will help you out.

First, make sure you have a quality fresh battery. No cheap batteries. The plainview 9.6 volt NiMH rechargeable is a good choice for a rechargeable battery.

A ULT (Ultra Light Trigger kit) is a good idea, especially if you have a level 10. It also solves the on/off pin length adjustment problem.

For assistance in adjusting the solenoid position (it could have moved) look in my Hyperframe FAQ.

Let us know if you have any questions.
