Need some help mounting a flatline

Like the title says, I just got my new 4500 flatline tank today, and I got it out of the box and admired it. Then I decided its time to mount it, but now I can't figure out how to do it, Right now I have the clamp that goes around the bottle and the dovtail, I also have a CP minidrop thing with the dovetail on the bottom, the dovetail slides right on the cp thing but I can't seem to figure out how to secure it. My digital is broke or I would take some pictures to show you what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there should be a little set screw somewhere on your drop that you have to screw down inorder for it secure itself to the mount of the flatline.
