When I get my 68/4500 dynaflow filled how much can it hold with no worries- it says 5,000 mag on the reg but the tank is a 4500 ? Sorry for the dumb question . The last time i had it filled the guy only put like 2800 in it and man it was gone in a hurry .

the dynaflow should only be filled to a max of 4500psi.

it probly says 5000 because if your filling the tank to 4500 you dont want that to be the max the reg. can hold. so they make the reg. suitable for more that it will have to handle.
