AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
best thing to do is stick a couple of drops of oil in the asa before you gas it up... then just shoot about 15 times without the barrel on.... that should purge the excess oil in the system.... you'll want to oil the on/off by popping it out of the bottom of the valve.. then just coat the orings and the pin that runs up the center of the on/off assembly...
the only other place that i oil is the outside of the powertube where the bolt slides and also the bolt "stem" that goes into the powertube and meets the carrier and the carrier o-ring... couple drops on all that stuff will do the trick... good luck
Here's a link to the best oil out there. http://www.kercon.com/
BlackVCG recommends it.
When I oil up the o-rings I don't shoot through the barrel, I keep it dry. Suggest that you do the same.
4-6 drops and 20 - 30 shots.
I suggest people stop contradicting calimag he knows his stuff.......
