whats the best soloution for bolt stick
if i got to a longer PT spacer i get gas leak out barrel

Have you adjusted your trigger travel? If the sear is not pulled out of the way, it can drag on the bolt, causing it to stick. When the bolt sticks forward, does gas continue to flow down the barrel? If so, this could be a problem in the on off.

When you put the longer spacer in, how much bigger was it. Did you go up by 0.005? For example 0.215 to 0.220 or was it more of a difference. It's strange to go from a leak to a stick with that small of a change.
