    question about anodizing

i know that with ule bodies, and other aluminum bodies there is a piece of steel inside that must be removed before the body can be anodized. my question is do xmags/sfls have a piece of steel in them also? and how would this be removed?

The steel insert in an Xmag/SFL is screwed in. There is a special tool( I only know of a few in existance) that is needed...along with alot of heat to get this part out. Do NOT mess with it or let anyone but an AGD Tech try to get it out and reinstall it.
