I would like to know if the dimensions on the CAD drawing given on this forum are the dimensions before or after anodization. Also does someone know the meaning of T.I.R. just under Concentr.? I guess Concentr. is concentricity but the only thing I could guess for T.I.R. is Total Interior Run-out.

I have found the meaning of T.I.R. now I only need to know if these dimensions are before or after anodization.
