need some help........warp on an LCD

Alright here's the deal. A friend of mine bought a warp feed at the zap am this year and being the nice folks that all you AGD techs are,you hooked it intelli to his angel. He recently got a new angel. So we went about hooking the warp up pretty much as it was on his old one.The warp cable was just spliced into the wires that go to the fourteen way valve.Every time you pulled the trigger the warp got a pulse from the board just like the valve. For some reason, after numerous attempts, it will not make the warp spin when you pull the trigger.I'm stumped. What am I missing. The valve functions fine with the connections made but no warp.I've tried testing it with the warp hooked straight to the board and not connected to the valve. No dice.Is the pulse not strong enough? Please help a brother out.
    Thanks,
    Blazini
