if it leaks out of the front, it could be many things. did you take apart your gun recently? whenenver i put my guns back together, i always forget to put the sear back it. that could be why it's getting stuck. check your on/off orings and your bolt and your sear for wear. any one of those can cause a leak out of the front. another thing is with my experiences with the retro valve, is the rail bushing. if you don't have one in, it will leak out of the front cause the valve will back out slightly. just a few things. could be others. try those first.

*blonde moment* Is the classic on off assembly just like the RTvalve? I mean for the o-rings....they use the same three o-rings, right?
Sear and bolt look fine.. not worn or anything.

      rail bushing????

alright, are you using a classic or a retro? i saw the sig so i assumed it was retro but now i don't know so i figured i'd ask. the rail bushing is the little piece that goes in with the rear field strip screw. it's a cylinder shaped piece that should slide in the back hole. sometimes you have to use a little pressure, but it will go in there.
