velocity adjuster almost at max, added 2 shims to the on/off. Fired... but recharge was so slow I could almost hear the air filling the reg, took almost a sec to be able to shoot again.

i remember my valve doing that waay back when.... its because something in the reg part of the valve is not oiled enough, i think..... just pull the valve parts in half and oil the whole reg pin assembly....

check the long in my sig for more fixes...

also your preset tank might not be putting out enough pressure on the ults pin because it is smaller in diameter than the original rt on/off. also make sure your field strip and grip frame screws are tightened equally that will also cause bolt stick. good luck!

Ok...spent about 30 min on phone with tech support, no better. Tryed diffrent tank, crossfire 68/3k... still chuffing. Spent an hour with a PTI certified airsmith, rebuilt reg, on/off, and lvl 10,... shot better but still slow on recharge. Changed to the wingless rail, wont work at all...
            Setup: am/mm rail

            any suggestions??

what kind of sear do you have?

Definately extra lube. I keep two bottles at all times. Can't leave home w/o your lubricant.

Is the trigger rod touching the back of the trigger when gassed up?

yes it is touching, and can feel pressure when pulling trigger, but nothing happens.

You need an RT pro sear for that wingless rail.

                          Couple things here:

What spring are you using? start with the smallest spring.

                          Is your carrier too tight?

Is your tank putting out at least 650 psi?

                          Are your screws tightened properly?

                            spring: gold spring
carrier: 1 or 1.5 tryed the 2 when talking to AGD tech and bolt would fall off of the valve stem
tank: fixed hi-pressure, cant test output till this week-end, suppost to be around 800-850psi
screws: wrench tight like AGD teck said to
