ULT kit easy for DIY?

I was considering getting the ULT kit for the Tac One. Is it something that normally is a problem-free DIY install, or does it usually require trouble shooting or fine-tuning? I have a big scenario this weekend and wondered if I should do the mod right before or best wait till after.

It's a drop-in upgrade. You can fine tune it if you WANT, but 2 shims in the assembly will work just fine usually. The best part is that if you don't like it or it gives you problems at the scenario, take the valve out and replace the on/off. (A 1 minute job that requires 1 tool.)
