    Sear question?

I bought a used mag a little while ago. I noticed that the sear rod was touching the back of the trigger, so i adjusted it a little to get it to what looked right from what I had seen and heard. Then I read stories about trigger rod modification causing bolt and sear wear. I thought that maybe the previous owner had messed with it a little, so no big deal i thought, i'll just get a new sear. Ordered a brand new one, and now this one touches the back of the trigger. Retro's are supposed to be .750 i believe, but i have no way of measuring it accurately. I have a retro valve, intelli, and classic rail by the way. So, which one do I use?

theres like a .000005% chance that the new one you ordered is the incorrect length, so i think ull be fine with that one.
Yummy yummy yummy, I've got fun in my tummy.

It cannot touch the back of the trigger. Make it shorter.

The distance between the sear rod and the back of the trigger should be the thickness of a credit card. Good luck.
