    cocker body question

Ive got a 99 cocker and I was thinking about buying a vertical feed body but would it fit to the 99?

    Shepherds we shall be
For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand
So feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
We will flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls shall it ever be.

The verticle feed bodies are going to be 2000+ style, which have a larger front block screw. So, you'd need to purchase a 2000+ front block and screw to go along with the body (assuming that the body didn't include one).

All the other parts should swap right over.

In 2000, they also shortened the rear block (fore and aft), which required a shorter bolt. If you use your existing 1999 rear block and bolt, you'll have not problems. If you update to the 2000+ backblock, you have to also update to a 2000+ bolt. Same same = good, mix and match = bad.
    God gave you a soul.
    Your parents, a body.
    Your country, a rifle.

    Keep all of them clean.
