Micro E elecronics not working?

This seems to happen to a lot of e-mags, but i have tried the fixes suggested in the other threads.

Works great manually and is mechanically sound, but in electro mode and hybrid it won't fire. The HES checked out just fine and so does the solenoid. It seems as if the noid is not pushing hard enough on the on/off pin. Any wisdom would be a great help!

You say the HES and solenoid checked out fine. Have you checked the battery and connections to the board? Check the center screw that holds the board in the grip frame. If all else fails, disconnect the solenoid (cut the wires) and feed it directly from the battery and see if it will pull the sear with the gun fully gassed up. If it works then you know the problem is in the board or power wiring. If it doesn't work, check the plunger and rods to see if they might be bent.

Its usually something simple, usually a bad connection somewhere.

Board seems ok to me, checked the screw. You may be right about the power wiring, just need to wait to get air because the place is closed until wenesday. I will let you know the outcome.
