if you put a minimag body ( http://store.airgun.com/acb/showdetl...ID=121&CATID=5 ) on your 68AUTOMAG then does that technically make it a minimag? I know that the valves would be different, but is there any other differences between the two other than the bodies and the valve?

Technically speaking, yeah, you'll have a Minimag, the only differences between an automag and a Minimag is the body, one valve says "68AutomaG" and the other says "MinimaG" and the minimag comes with a vertical ASA, other than that, there completely the same. All parts for a 68Automag and a MinimaG are completely interchangeable.
