Okay, I've got an LX e-mag (finally got it up and running) and an old mag classic. I'm 90% sure I want to get a ULE body for the E, for the cocker threads and I need a real feedneck. (i.e. clamping - c'mon Tom, why no clamping feednecks by default?)
So, will the centerfeed body off my e-mag fit the classic rail? After that (and a couple paychecks later), can I trade in my old classic valve to get a new x-valve for the E, and then move the existing valve to the now kinda-sorta classic? (Of course, by that time I'll probably want a new gripframe for the "classic"...) And, is the weight difference in the xvalve that significant? Any real performance enhancements?
Cosmetics: my emag is a "wine" to blue fade - any color recommendations for the ULE body (And xvalve if I get it?
update - I just saw the karta bodies...when the heck did these come out? I'm now seriously tempted to spend $200+ extra just because of how something looks. I don't do that. <Zim Voice> Curse you Tom Kay, curse youuuuuuuu!</zim voice>
