Is this a bad idea?

I'm making the switch from Co2 to compressed and have switched from an Ex-chamber to a gas through. Here's the question. Instead of running the macro straight from the bottle to the valve, I'm going to run it to the gas-through, then to the valve. Exactly like I did with the ex-chamber. Is this going to have any negative effect?

Not at all. The gas through will be just fine on there.
