installing ult?

i feel like a real retard asking this but i really dont know how to install the ult. everyone says its a breeze but i dont know how to istall it. i looked at blackvcg's thread but i didnt find any info on acyually putting the ult in the gun. please help! note- i had the ult installed at agd when i bought my gun, i just need to tune the ult.

Tuning it is nothing more than adding/removing the shims inside the assembly.

Take the valve out, see the brass piece underneath? That's the ULT. Take that out. Unscrew it. You'll see the shims in there. Add until it goes full auto and then remove one.

Remember-

1 Level 10 Shim = 2 ULT shims.

how do iget the brass piece off so i can add and take out shims. its just a plate, i dont now how id unscrew it.

i got it off but i think i bent the pin, crap. it looks bent, but hardly noticable at all. i really had to look at it to notice. now i cant get the brass piece back in the valve. im getting pretty frustrated. please help.

oh yeah, does it screw back in cause thats not working for me. the edges of the valve dont let me screw it in. do i justpush on it real hard to shove it into the valve? im confused.

i think my problem is that i pushed the on/off bottom too far into the valve, so now its too low to screw the on/off top into it. the top hits the edges of the valve before i can screw it in the whole way. how can i get the on/off bottom back up?

i fixed it...i think

i got the on/off bottom out using my pinky and an allen wrench, i screwed the two halves together and put them in the valve. i think im back in business. but i have no air to check it out.
