HELP! emag leaking through valve? trigger assembly? oring?

I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT NOONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM AND IF I CAN'T FIX IT IM GOING TO HAVE TO SELL MY MAG, AND I DONT WANT TO! I PUT DOWN EVERY DETAIL TO GIVE U AN ACCURATE CONCEPT OF WHAT IM DEALING WITH . PLEASE HELP!

ok, i've got a ule e-mag with a level 10 bolt, it's also missing the safety, and this problem seems to be one i cant get rid of. there is a steady leak that seems to be coming through the bolt/valve. the air can be felt pushing out if you try to seal off both feed neck and barrel opening.
the electronics seem to be fine, it uses 4.0 software but i doubt that has anything to do with it. the leak seems effected by the position of the valve; in emergencies i could slow the leak by bumping or twisting the valve assembly. when applying pressure or twisting the valve the leak will increace and most likely slow once pressure is released. within a few shots the leak might get more significant.
once agian i attempted to fix it; i dissassembled the emag compared every part to the exploded diagram attempting to identify any missing parts. the only one was the safety.
i removed the joints, revomed any teflon i didnt get out last time, removed any and all dirt with q-tips, oiled all o-rings and reassembled it. in the process i saw only one possible cause THE WIDE BUFFER O-RING BETWEEN THE BOLT AND VALVE BODY HAS CIRCLE-LIKE GASHES IN IT but it's still in one piece and stays on so i lubed it and put everything together.
it still leaked , the one thing i noticed this time was that when gassed up and in mech mode only the leak would stop consistantly when the trigger was pulled back but not to the point of shooting. however after you shoot it or let the trigger return the leak starts agian.

If its leaking through the power tube it sounds like your lvl 10 carrier o-ring is breaking int he way it should be, what you want to do is go down one size carrier. Follow the chart that comes witht he lvl 10 or the one thats on the airgun.com website to determin what size carrier is the next one down from the one you curently have in there.

      ?

      - tighten body and valve screws the same
      - lvl X carrier might be too bigh
      - too many shims in lvl X
      ???

if none of those are it then probably ship it out to agd to get it fixed....

Check the valve thumb screw. If that is too tight, or too loose, then it can cause a tolerance problem. Also, like the other guys have been saying, try and work with the LX. What I would do is remove the LX and put a stock level seven system on the valve (if you have one) and see if the leaking stops. If it does, then you have pin-pointed the problem. By doing it this way you arn't messing with the whole gun, but ruling out one thing at a time. If this solves the problem, I would first try and replace the little white oring in the powertube. After checking that, then move to switching out to a new carrier size. Remember, the white orings take a few hundred shots to break in. If the leaking continues, you could try to replace the orings in the valve (on/off, etc.). Good luck, and let us know if you get it fixed!

sounds like a carrier or shim problem. go to www.airgun.com, you can find the lvl10 manual there as well as order any parts you'll need.
