i am about to buy a nitro tank, but i think i only have access to 3000psi fills. someone told me i can fill 4500psi tanks to 3000psi is this true?

you can fill 3000psi in a 4500psi Tank but not 4500psi in a 3000psi

Yes thats no problem at all, you can fill a 3000 to 2000 can go under just not over. get a 4500 if possible.
