    ULE Feedneck question

    Hi,

I'm getting a ULE Custom RT shortly with a center feed body. Having never used a center feed before, only power feeds how is the hopper held in the neck? Is it a twist lock?

    Thanks,

    Eric

I've got the TAC one mainbody, which is one of the ULE series, and no, it's not a twist lock, you kinda gotta stuff your hopper's neck in the little feedneck and then e-tape it to be sure. At least that's how I do it. There are custom clamping necks from CCM(chipleys machine or somesuch) and Rogue(sp?) there are other threads on how to get your present feedneck off. I believe you need a strap wrench and some patience :)
Oh, by the way, our feednecks are ANGEL threaded, so any angel feedneck should be working

      loader

I have same set up a Egg II fit snug without sanding and is fast and big enough close to 200 balls. Or you could gowith a Rogue strangler feed neck. Also good I'm thinking of getting one just to really secure my loader. Good luck!

when I bought my lue body I really though it was't going to work with my halo. I was wrong, once I finally worked it in there it held like mad, there is no way that thing will come off during a game

I liked the neck, but my 12v reloader neck was too small. I had to wrap a layer of duck tape around it to get it to stay in there. It's just like jamming it into an elbow like on a power feed. Held in by pressure. Adjustable feednecks are a good idea especially if you don't like to sand or tape your loader (or use multiple loaders)

It'll be fine for a little bit, but if you end up having to sand your loader you might just want to get a rogue feedneck or something. I'm getting a rogue feedneck myself! Check it out in the dealers forum.
