E-Mag hicupping

I have recently purchased an e-mag and have a big problem with it hicupping(and breaks balls when it hicupps) during rapid fire. I am using fresh paint and this happens no matter what mode I'm in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I am shooting around 275 fps with an 700psi input pressure. Thanks,

Up your input PSI until it stops.

My input pressure is currently 700 psi. I,m using an 68ci 3000 psi crossfire preset tank with an add-on adjustable reg. The most I can take my input pressure up to is 850 psi and this still won't clear it up.
