New e-mag help!!!

i just bought a brand new e-mag and i played with it for the first time yesterday. i have noticed that it is leaking somewhere from the bolt but dont know where. also i have found that the manual doesnt really help me with all the different settings on the electric mode. so can someone please help me out with any of this, i would appreciate it.

level 10? take out your valve and pull off the bolt. does the bolt have a hole in the pin thing on the bottom? if so- level 10

turn your gun on, what software version do you have?

it does have a lvl 10 and it also has software version 3.2
