    ball chopping

I just bought my first 68 automag. The best I can tell it is a level 6.5 or 6.6 according to the tape I watched. I replaced all seals and cleaned the gun very well. I have a problem with chopping balls. Any suggestions.

This is good advise. Level 10 we properly installed will solve any chopping issues.

a properly tuned lvl x will eliminate your chops just wondering how often do you chop a ball?

Start chopping after about 10 shots. The valve doesnt have a rubber nubben on the end does that matter? Maybe a stupid question but is was an old video (87) I watched. could you tell me the difference between levels of valves?
                  Thanks for your time>

mine didnt have a bolt bumper and the spring was saggy. I replaced the spring and added the bumper and ALL better. No chops, no bolt sticking, everything is all good! I am getting the x-vavle soon too.

If your barrel doesn't have a nubbin put one in it. You are probably getting more than one ball in the barrel and having breaks in the barrel (not chops)

Just call/email agd to see if the lvl10 mod will work. There is no doubt about it, the lvl 10 is the best upgrade you can get for the mag and you won't regret it. Just get it. Call first though, they have very good customer service.
