Help with new emag

I just got a new emag and something is wrong with the electrical. can someone tell me the address to send the gun in to? Thanks

Can you be a bit more specific as to what the problem is? May with our help you can fix it and not have to send it in.

I think I found the problem there are 2 white wires and one of then is disconnected don't know where it goes. The problem was The gun lights went on when I first hooked the battery up but, then would not go on again I fired it in r/t mode a couple of times and the light blinked on for a second but, never went on again. I talke to a tech he said if my gun read version 1.3 or 1.31 I needed to send it in anyways. So if someone has the address I would appreciate it. Thanks
