adjusting output on a fixed output tank

    I have a crossfire 47 and 68(carbon fiber)

I was at the world cup event in Orlando recently and the crossfire guys told me that they could pump up output on my fixed output tank. I'm 100% sure this is what they're talking about b/c I approached them about a variable output tank for a mag. They told me, for a mag it's so much easier to set it and forget it - - -you don't want a variable output tank.

So, if they can do it can we? Is there some sort of adjustment on the valve to increase/ decrease flow?

Or were they talking about selling me a different fixed output pressure valve for the tank?

    uh i wouldn't

there probably is a way to adjust it but i'm sure that you'd have to be a qualified airsmith to do so, when you say "if they can do it we can do it" your most likely wrong! and i'm pretty sure that doing so would void your warenty, not to mention that it is very dangerous to mess with your tank if you don't knwo what your doing!

I asked this question a while ago, I was told to adjust the reg spring by either shimming it or nipping some off to increase the out put it would depend on how your reg worked if there is any difference, as how to up the pressure..... whether to cut or add

***this could be dangerous but if you are competent, and confident I see no reason why you could not. I in no way take any responsibility for any and all outcomes of doing this and yes it will probably void your War.
I have yet to do this to my tank primarily out of lazy-ness

I think what I said was, "So, if they can do it can we?" It's a question, not a motivational comment - but thanks anyway

        Weaze thanks.

I was at a show last weekend, and I overheard the centerflag guys saying that the reg can be resprung to change output.

yes, you can change the out put from 0-4500 if you would like but if you try i hope you dont mess up and blow up your valve:) no point in getting a adjustable tankf ro your mag just get it and forget it is very good advice.
