lvl 10 mag has bolt stick

I have a lvl X retro valved mag that is suffering from bolt stick. It did not have this problem before i tinkered with the lvl X, so i guess it would be a lvl X problem, but I am not sure. My lvl X is also very hard on paint. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with both of those problems.

To make it softer on paint, turn your velocity down, or run a heavier bolt spring.

To fix bolt stick, make sure it's oiled, you are runnig the most shims you can without it leaking.

Then when the bolt sticks, take an allen wrench and adjust the tightness of the field strip screw. The bolt should click into place. Remember the amount of tension that works.
