Emag will not fire in E mode...help?

    Good Evening All,

I recently purchased an Emag of ebay and I just got it today. It boots up with 1.35 software and a very low shot count.

Thing is, it will not fire in E or Hybrid mode. It will fire in Mech mode with an amazing amount of bounce. More than I would have expected considering I'm using a Crossfire 68/4500.

Anyway, I need to make a decision on whether to keep it or send it back. Unlike my classic, I haven't the first clue on trouble shooting the e-frame. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

I can say that it is registering the trigger pulls in e-mode since I can see the shot counter going up.

So, all you Emag-gurus' help will be greatly appreciated!

If you want to catch me on IM, I'm on AOL as PiratesSR or Yahoo as Pirates4ever_1

    **Edit**
It appears like the plunger pulls down great, it's just not releasing. Is that normal or the part of the problem?

If I remove the grip panel and apply a small amount of pressure downward on the plunger C-pin it fires. The trigger has no effect. However, the pulls are registered.

your battery is probably dead. I had the same problem where it would click but not fire. That was after about 2 months on a single charge. Try charging it for a day, it should work then.

I just want this stuff gone, super low prices

It came with a 12V wall charger. I plug in the battery for a couple of minutes and it goes to a Green light. I don't have a voltmeter handy to test the battery.

My biggest concern is I'm going to have to spend more money to get this marker up and running.

charge the battery.......more than just a few minutes. Should be about 4 hours to fully charge the battery.

The led will light and it will register trigger pulls even when the battery is very low, but will not fire. After a full charge you should be in business. Charge it up then come back if you have more troubles.
