    trigger stops/luke trigger mod question

    does anyobody have anything that they can tell me abotu triggers with trigger stops... im intrested in what these can do to improve my speed...

    does anybody in here have lukes mod for the trigger stops of any info on if its a quality mod?

    any/all info would be appreciated

    I consider in a necessary mod. I would'nt have a mech mag without it.

      the trigger pull mod? or trigger stops?, does it shorten the trigger or help speed any?

        trigger stops are sometimes a risk because if you set it too short it may do some damage eather to the sear or to the bolt so you really have to make sure when you put them in you still have a little gap eather way

          by gap you mean, the dime gap betwee the sear and teh rod?

            Trigger stops just take the extra slack out from your pull. You'll notice when you pull the trigger, the gun will fire before the trigger hits the back of the frame. Usually you will continue to pull it all the way to the back. Same thing as you let the trigger back. So a couple of set screws are installed into the trigger, to stop the extra travel, giving you a little shorter pull. Yes, you do need to make sure that it's not screwed in too far so the sear can fully reset, but it's not a big deal. They will help increase your speed a little, because you have a shorter pull.
