nitro duk regulator leaking please help?

i have a nitro duck 68/4500 adjustable and when i put the air on the gun the reg leaks out of the small hole behind the airline elbow? it doesn't leak bad just , i had to spray some soapy water on it to find it. does any one know where i can find a diagram for the reg to see where all the o-rings go? does a o-ring go between the regulator and the tank?

    leak

Mine does the same thing. I looked a little closer and it looks like the tank to regulator seal (clear washer-shaped) may not be seating when screwed in. I'm getting my tank hydro tested and ordering a new seal to confirm.

Send the reg back and get it tested, just to be on the safe side.
From what ive read on the Nitro duck regs quite a few or them have had manufacture faults in them.
