It's possible. But let me tell you, it is vehehehery difficult to do the first time. Look by the safety and you'll see a little silver thing. Take something pointy and set it up on the silver pin. Take a hammer and try your best to knock it out of there. Putting it back in the other one will be cake. As for the safety, IDK. I screwed mine up. You have to have an EXTREMELY small allen whench and turn the silver thing on the top flat part of the whole frame if you're looking down on it. Under that silver thing is a spring. Get both of those out and the safety will slide out.

          look in the used forum

look in the used misc section of the forum you can find a stock agd trigger frame with the guts cheap.. prob under 15 shipped..

as for the safety take out the lil allen head screw from the top of the frame there is a spring like the guy above your last post said .. but there is also a small stainless steel ball in there that locks the safety ... be carefull when you take it apart the ball is tiny ...

            oh yeah

oh yeam one more thing when you knock the pivet pin out for the trigger ... you tap from the right side to take the pim out .. so if you hold the grip in your right hand .. then lay it on a table or work bench tap it to the inside .. aka the left ..
