    adding shims to on/off

I was thinking of how the dump chamber recharges.......and how people add shims to the on/off assembly.......dosn't that allow the dumb chamber to recharge quicker?
The on/off pin doesn't go as high as before, so when you release the trigger, the dump chamber gets recharged at an earlier state....right?

also, where is the best place to put the shims?
inbetween the brass on/off top and the o-rings, or ontop of everything?

the shims go between the brass top and o-rings, or between the brass top and on/off body?
