is there such a thing as a quick disconnect that screws in to the bottom line and hpa bottle, not to macro/micro line?

You mean as in the ASA, where the tank screws in? well you can get a on/off asa that allows you to disengaged teh pin on the tank thus shuttin gthe air off to the marker, while still leaving the tank hooked up.

if you mean for something such as steel brade hose yes, you can your local field/proshop should have them or be able to get them one end is just like the fill nipple on the tank with out the pin and the other is seen on the fill station, there are also slide checks that work as an inline on off. if you've ever seen some one with a remote system thats what i'm talking about
