    Comp air on classic68?

ok I just bought a used mag online. So im looking at it and it says its only rated 3000 PSI. Now im sure this is stupid but I can use my 4500 tank on it right? Again im sure this is the pressure that is going through the gun itself but I just wanted to make sure before I blew it up.

as far as the classic mag goes, i dunno, but i do know tanks.

a 4500 tank and 3000 tank have different preasure capacities inside. if your tank is a preset,k output is set at around 800 for high preassure like a mag, and variable output tanks are , well variable. output for CO2 is generally higher than n2. and if someone who knows mags better tells you to run co2, dont worry. tank will cost you under 30 bucks for large ones

Hi all what it means is, you can feed the Valve max 3000psi directly. A regular Tank has an output pressure from about 800-850 psi. So you will be fine. It just said it is rated up to 3000psi without regulator.

      Hope that helps

...well as all comp air tanks are regulated down below the max pressure inside i'd say the guy simply doesn't really know what he's talking about, but no you don't have to worry about it any sized comp air tank will work

only issue might be if you pick up a low preasure preregulated tank, sometimes their output can be too low for a mag to operate properly
